We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the items purchased. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Due to the delicate nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped, except in cases where items are damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item.

7. Workshop Participation

Participation in Silay Crafts workshops requires pre-registration and payment. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person or future workshop at our discretion.
